First night deposit required upon booking. $25 cancellation fee per room per night. Refund of your deposit, less cancellation fee requires a 20-day notification. If you cancel any of the reserved nights with less than the 20-day notice, you are responsible for the full amount for the nights we cannot re-rent the room.
